Our story
In 2022, Bruno Jacques founded Groupe Rapido Inc. to reinvent moving, handling and transport services. Three years later, the team acquired Transport R. Pomerleau.
What we found in the transport industry was plenty of big players, and plenty of customers waiting three days for a price, not knowing where their freight was, and speaking to a different person every time they called.
We built the opposite. You talk to the dispatcher. You get your price in minutes. You track your load in real time. And the same person stays on your file from the first call to delivery.
The journey
Bruno Jacques founds Groupe Rapido Inc. with the ambition of reinventing moving, handling and transport services. Cédrick Lessard joins the venture the same year.
The team acquires Transport R. Pomerleau and officially enters the road transport industry. Cédrick takes over operations.
We serve all of Canada and bring freight in from the United States through our carrier network: six transport services, one single standard of service.
