Agricultural machinery transport
Farm machinery stacks up the difficulties: wide once assembled, tall once on the trailer, and expected on a date nobody is moving.
A lot of agricultural equipment exceeds 8 ft 6 in in working width. Some of it folds, some does not, in which case you need a width permit and sometimes an escort. We settle that question before quoting a price, not after.
The season rules. A combine expected on 15 August is worth nothing on the 20th. We plan these moves with slack, and we say so when the requested date is unrealistic.
- Working width and folding assessed in advance
- Width permits and escorts as required
- RGN for heavy rolling equipment
- Planning matched to seasonal windows
